The “healthy lunch box” has been certified organic since June 2013. By working with local farmers, we are currently able to ensure that 70 percent of the food used in our entire school meal plan is organic.
We use the freshest possible products – fruits, vegetables, herbs and even meat from the region. We provide school and daycare children with fresh, tasty, healthy food while remembering our responsibilities to the environment.
