Ettlingen Castle | Culture and Event Centre

Ettlingen Castle: An exclusive and historic setting with lavishly designed rooms that will turn your event into an experience.Ettlingen, the feel-good town in northern Baden, is not only a popular holiday destination as the European crossroads between Baden-Baden and Karlsruhe, but also offers ideal opportunities for your supporting programme with its historic town centre, museums, the castle festival, the famous Baden gastronomy as well as the gateway to the northern Black Forest, the proximity to Alsace and the Palatinate. We have more to offer than just a castle. Imagine entering an impressive baroque palace that began life as a castle in the 13th century. In 1727, the visionary Margravine Sibylla Augusta transformed it into a magnificent baroque palace, which today serves as a stylish event venue. The ornately designed rooms provide the perfect setting for any type of event - be it a romantic wedding, an inspiring seminar, an unforgettable concert or an imaginative conference. The modern palace garden hall, which seamlessly adjoins the palace, complements the baroque splendour and, with 700 seats, offers enough space for large events. Here you can realise your ideas - whether you are planning an impressive light show or value first-class sound technology. Our motto - "better meetings, better celebrations" - is reflected in our extensive conference technology, which leaves nothing to be desired. A small, but fine service area is available for you to prepare and serve your meals - all barrier-free. For other events, the modern Stadthalle, the light-flooded Bürgerkeller, the completely renovated Bürgerhalle, the characteristic casino and the Waldsaumhalle in Ettlingen-Oberweier, surrounded by greenery, are the ideal venues. Our dedicated team offers you a comprehensive service: from a conference office and media connections to individual and personal support. We ensure that your event is perfectly realised and that state-of-the-art technology is used. And the best thing? You can enhance your event with exciting incentives and a supporting programme! Explore the picturesque surroundings with excursions to Frauenalb, Bad Herrenalb or the Black Forest. Enjoy an adventure in the "Gate", experience a wine tasting or savour a cool beer in the Vogel brewery.
